Under the general supervision of the University Advancement (UA) Information Systems (UAIS) Associate Director, Reporting & Business Insight, the Business Information & Application User Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting business intelligence (BI) reporting solutions and related business processes to meet the needs of University Advancement. The position will primarily focus on developing Salesforce reports and dashboards utilizing native Salesforce data reporting tools including CRM Analytics and SOQL, but may also be expected to use other 3rd-party data query and reporting tools such as Apsona, SQL, Microsoft Excel, SAS, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
