Summary of Expertise

I am available to support all UR staff with respect to UCOP, campus, and UR financial processes and policies. As a division with many connections on campus, I am also available to collaborate with campus colleagues especially with financial changes for split funded staff, shared priorities with funding and expense implications, etc. The following is a non-comprehensive list of tasks I can help with:

• Ledger review
• Transfers of expenses and funds, encumbrance liquidations
• Travel, entertainment, and other business and financial policies
• Procard and CTE card use
• Financial systems access authorizer (UR)
• UR funding projections, allocations, and spending
• Allowable uses of funds
• Giving Day challenge funds
• Automated GNF and LoG forms
• Ergonomics (if other UR Assessors are not available)
