Candice has been blessed to live in many beautiful places including Italy, Japan and Hawaii but Santa Cruz is her favorite home by far. She has supported a number of local nonprofits including Teen Kitchen Project, Coastal Watershed Council, and Santa Cruz Shakespeare.
A voracious lifelong learner, Candice studied at San Francisco State University for her BA in Liberal Studies and MA in Theater Arts. In her free time, Candice enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, camping, and playing in the redwoods with her family.
She is thrilled to serve on the Philanthropic Programs team which serves as a bridge between annual giving and major giving. We are proud stewards of the Chancellor's Associates, donors who give between $1000 and $24,999 and consist of alumni, parents and friends of the university. Our goal is to successfully champion donors through the giving experience at UC Santa Cruz and on to major giving opportunities.
